complete the database of scientific records of all instructors
and researchers of the whole National University – Ho Chi Minh
City and to implement the instruction of Director of National
University – Ho Chi Minh City, a form of scientific record was
built to be the ground to execute:

Auditing the quality of scientific research in
universities.

Evaluating the effect on implementing scientific and
technological tasks in each unit of National University – Ho Chi
Minh City

Being the foundation for raising salary, giving award and
promoting officers.
