Job Description Position Description: International University is seeking one staff for the Office of External and Public Relations. The position will involve visa procedure, welcoming incoming/outgoing delegation and translating documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and edit documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa
  • Interpret for school activities upon request
  • Participate in and coordinate the development and extensions of records for twinning programs
  • Support other activities of the Department of External Relations upon request
  • Participate in promoting the brand of International University

Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in English Major

Skills:

  • Well versed in both English and Vietnamese
  • Good writing, translation skills, and quick reflex
  • Proficient with translation tools such as Trados, Multiterm
  • Ability to work either independently or as a group
  • Good time management skill
  • English: Fluent, especially for listening, speaking, writing and translation
  • Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Offices

Experience: Prioritize candidates who have relevant work experience

Other: Basic knowledge of international and domestic University level education
