Job Description International University is seeking 2 IT staff for Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate is required to:

  • Handle Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs Office’s software and website management: improve software’s functions, forms; develop software’s features; investigate and resolve software’s errors; provide guidance to software users; create and assign users right.
  • Handle server management and database backup
  • Directly handle Edusoft functions
  • Handle subjects registration
  • Student recruitment (data management and storage)

Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with IT major

Skills:

  • English: fluent
  • Computer skills: Database management; Web and Foxpro programming; Web design 
  • Problem solving skills
  • Be able to work under high pressure
  • Team-work spirit
  • Be cautious and responsible

Experience:

  • Experienced in software management, database management and web programming.
  • Experienced in server and intranet management is an advantage
